Über den Autor
Moritz von Rochow ist Rechtsanwalt in Kiel und Dozent für Europarecht am Europa-Kolleg in Hamburg. Er studierte in Kiel, Wroc¿aw und Berlin Rechtswissenschaft mit Schwerpunkt im Völker- und Europarecht. Daneben war er u.a. als studentischer Mitarbeiter am völkerrechtlichen Lehrstuhl von Georg Nolte und als Verbindungsoffizier für die Marine am Horn von Afrika tätig. Er arbeitete als Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter für Jasper Finke an der Bucerius Law School, wo er auch promovierte. Während des Referendariats in Lübeck und Berlin beschäftigte er sich schwerpunktmäßig mit Fragen des öffentlichen Umweltrechts.
