Über den Autor
Richard Ehmann studierte an der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München und an der Universität Konstanz Rechtswissenschaft und legte im Januar 2007 die Erste Juristische Staatsprüfung ab. Anschließend promovierte er bei Prof. Dr. Jörg Eisele und war währenddessen als geprüfte wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft an der Universität Konstanz und später bei Kanzleien im In- und Ausland, zuletzt bei einer großen Wirtschaftskanzlei in Zürich, tätig. Seit 2015 ist Richard Ehmann Referendar am OLG Karlsruhe.
