Beschreibung
This work attempts to build a new ground on the model of SRL by comparing entrepreneurs and consultants and shedding light on their learning behavior in novel situations. Thereby, the focus is primarily on selected aspects in all three phases of the SRL-model in which differences in the nature of business of consultants and entrepreneurs can be anticipated. The multiple-case study approach is used with half-standardized interviews providing qualitative empirical data from four entrepreneurs and four consultants are undertaken. The questionnaires are deducted from the SREL-items list by Fust et al. (2017). By asking thematically-coded questions in the interviews, the given responses are clustered and compared (pattern matching) and then tested against existing theories and categories. In a later stage, the two groups are analyzed across each other to enable a cross-case comparison between the groups. Finally, building on the collected insights from the data sample, propositions are deducted. Overall, eight interviews are conducted with a piloting interview. von Freistrøm, Martin J.
