Beschreibung
Why are large corporations to date significantly more successful in their use of eLearning than schools, universities and SMEs? The author explores the question of what methods for education and further education are needed in order to establish eLearning as an integral part of education processes. He focuses in particular on the development of eLearning offerings that can be personalised from the perspective of the students. Dialogue, social communication and knowledge provision must at the same time be intensified, instead of leaving learners to their own devices. The challenge here is to integrate eLearning into existing, historically grown structures. von Barthelmeß, Hartmut
