Human Resource Management Systems in New Business Creation

Innovation represents a source of growth and profitability for firms in today's globalizing competitive environment. In particular, radical innovations are gaining in importance for large established companies as they can be considered a source of organizational rejuvenation. Some large companies organize for radical innovations by establishing dedicated organizational structures.
