Beschreibung
In German civil law, the purchase of accounts receivable is treated in analogy to the purchase of objects (§ 453 BGB). But in how far is it possible to adapt the rules designed to regulate the sale of an actual, existing thing to the sale of something that has no physical dimension, but is only an intellectual construct created by law itself? This book will show how surprisingly numerous the parallels are, even when it comes down to the details of contract law. von Gothe, Florian
