Rachel Ama is a dancing, cooking, powerhouse of vegan inspiration. Her food is hearty and delicious and full of the flavours of her Caribbean and African roots. A self-confessed KFC addict as a teenager, she decided to go vegan six years ago and hasn't looked back.
