After graduating from Carnegie Mellon, Xiaojiang Zhang worked at various global financial institutions, including HSBC, ABN AMRO, TIAA-CREF, and Lehman Brothers in the areas of foreign exchange, fixed income, derivatives trading, and portfolio management.
