Beschreibung
General real estate law represents a particularly complex legal field within property law that is in a dynamic development. Some points that seemed to have long been clarified (for example, the relationship between conveyance and consent to the making of an entry in the land register) have again been expounded on with significant new arguments. Among others, the difficult questions of the priorities of encumbrances on real estate property, the importance and the dogmatic and systematic classification of the spatial and temporal sequence of reservations of priorities are examined and explained with graphic examples. To a particular degree, the law of property is an autonomous legal area. This aspect, which is neglected in other commentaries, provides the introduction into the center of the representation of the structure, regulatory tools, principles and concepts of property law. von Gursky, Karl-Heinz
