The third edition of this book met with enormous approval in the SAP teaching community and validated the approach of providing a case study that encompassed methodology (process chains and entity-relationship modelling), business knowledge and an integrative hands-on case study implementation in SAP ECC. However, after years of experience in using the book in actual teaching, we felt that an update was indicated.
