Über den Autor
Markus Schreiber studied law at the University of Augsburg with a major in intellectual property and competition law as well as antitrust law. After passing his first legal examination he worked as a research assistant for Prof. Dr. Arnd Koch (chair for criminal law, criminal procedure law and contemporary history of law, University of Augsburg). He received his Ph.D. for a thesis at the interface of media law and criminal law. Currently, he is completing his legal clerkship in the judicial district of the Higher Regional Court of Munich (OLG München).
