Über den Autor
Alexander Bauer, LL.M. (KCL) is a German lawyer specialized in blockchain law with a focus on tech and finance. He studied at the University of Bayreuth and completed his PhD under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Thomas Hoeren (WWU Muenster) and Prof. Dr. Niklas Guggenberger (Yale Law School). Moreover, he holds a Master of Laws in Law and Technology from King's College London. His work experience includes positions at Allen & Overy and Taylor Wessing as well as Fraunhofer FIT.
