Its historical development is portrayed and the term of compatibility in other German fields of law is compared with it. Über den Autor
Matthias Bittlingmaier studierte von 2010 bis 2014 Rechtswissenschaft an der Universität Konstanz. Nach dem Ersten Juristischen Staatsexamen war er als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl für Öffentliches Recht mit Schwerpunkt Verwaltungsrecht von Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Martin Ibler beschäftigt. Parallel war und ist er für eine Kanzlei in Singen tätig. Seine Promotion beendete er im Sommer 2019. Derzeit absolviert er das Referendariat am Landgericht Konstanz.
