Succeeding the EAW the EIO is also based on mutual recognition presupposing mutual trust and common legal standards. The author provides a manual for Mutual Legal Assistance and develops a suspension procedure according to a comparison with CJEU case law to Dublin II Regulation. Über den Autor
Philipp Ronsfeld, geboren 1982 in Kiel, studierte Rechtswissenschaft 2003 bis 2009 in Freiburg mit Schwerpunkt Strafrecht. Sein Referendariat schloss er im Bezirk des Landgerichts Freiburg 2011 ab. Im Rahmen der Verwaltungsstation studierte er 2010 an der Deutschen Universität für Verwaltungswissenschaften in Speyer. Im Jahr 2011 wurde er Doktorand von Prof. Dr. Andreas Hoyer. Seine Promotion schloss er 2015 ab.
